The 5,000 square foot building, formerly Café Sante Fe in Springdale, has been completely renovated to make way for the new Jose's. An updated seating configuration, a center located bar, an upgraded kitchen, and an outdoor beer garden are just a few of the modifications being made to the space.

Jose's Southwest Grille is owned and operated by Doug Allen, who has previously worked at Jose's on Dickson, as well as Bordino's and U.S. Food Service. The kitchen manager is Nick Davidson and the Assistant Manager is Kara Bradford.

The bar manager is J. Pierceall, an 11 year veteran of Jose's on Dickson Street, and the service manager is Carey Lingenfelter.

Customers can expect the same great food and services found at the original Jose's. We hate cheap wads and if you want fast food, go to Taco Bell.
