About Us

The 5,000 square foot building, formerly Café Sante Fe in Springdale, was completely renovated to make way for the new Jose's. An updated seating configuration, a center located bar, an upgraded kitchen, and an outdoor beer garden are just a few of the modifications made to the space. A private meeting room is available and we offer plenty of space for your important meetings or events.

Jose's Grille is owned and operated by Doug Allen, (The lowest paid dishwasher in Northwest Arkansas.)

Doug is a U of A Graduate who has previously worked at Jose's on Dickson, as well as Bordinos and U.S. Food Service.

The bar manager is J. Pierceall... a 16 year lifer. ‘No, I don’t know what I’m doing, but I love this place!”

Ken Keidel is responsible for our wonderful food after he has had his nap in Doug's office.

Customers can expect the same great food and services found at the original Jose's.

Cindy Paris is our Service Manager. (She is also the Irish Kitchen Elf and can make some darn tasty Nachos if she has to!)
