Ole for Jose's Chimi Chat!
What's up my little Trans Fat Free Chalupas,

Turns out our switch to a trans fat free oil has been a huge success at Jose's. Big thanks to our Chimi Chat members for the emails of encouragement. The switch has been real smooth and our menu items are tastier and healthier than ever! We had two TV stations and four newspaper articles about the switch. (All very positive!) We learned that the TV press cut out most of the interview and only used partial statements. For example, we mentioned that they finally found Saddam Hussein's hidden stash of chemical weapons and they were located in Trans Fat Oils. They didn't use that one though. Oh well. The government is still looking for "them there chemical weapons." (Hey Feds! Check the oil label.)

A lot of fun things happening at Jose's this year. Live music on the Patio, Bike Night, Tequila Club, St. Patricks Day, Mardi Gras, Cinco De Mayo and much more.

We just need the spring time to come a little quicker for some music. We have some fun giveaways and a coupon (Ooh it's a good one!) for you to print, so be sure to read all the way through the newsletter if you can stand it.

See you at Jose's!
Neal (Head Taco) and Doug (Big Chalupa)

Last notes about Christmas, I promise...

Santa Clause is one heck of a businessman. (Yes, I have way too much time on my hands.) He wears the color red which denotes power and high efficiency. (Pink was his second choice.) He's also an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate because he hires all those little short (Oops, vertically challenged.) elves. Santa recognizes technological advances by utilizing Rudolph's red glowing nose (Minus the boogers.) to see through the fog. All the reindeer used to make fun of him, so Santa naturally made an example out of him and made him a leader. (Brilliant move for company moral!) Santa is tremendously organized and delivers all those toys in one night. (Pretty fast for a big guy huh?) He could have easily just stopped on the roof and shoved the toys down the chimney, but no, he carefully places each package under the tree with care. (Great attention to detail.) He is very diplomatic as well. Do you know of any single child that was "really" on the naughty list? (I hope my kids don't read this. Blackmail works wonders.) He always finishes off the cookies and milk even if he's stuffed. (Burp. Excuse me.) Finally, I'm sure that Santa has royalties coming from all that Christmas Music that drives us crazy for over a month. Wow! What a businessman! (I wonder if he's hiring?)
